One Flat Price, Based on Your Sources
Comparable done-for-you services charge $2,500 to $3,500 and ask you to mail them your drives. Ours costs less, and you hand your drives to a person.

How It Works
Bring It In
Drop off your drives, old phones, CDs and SD cards at the counter. We list every item on a receipt so you know exactly what we have.
We Copy First
Everything is copied to our working drive before we touch it. Your originals stay exactly as you gave them to us.
Sort and Clean Up
Duplicates come out. Photos and videos go into folders by year and month, using the date your camera or phone recorded.
Pick It Up
You get one organized library on a drive, plus your own Google Photos or iCloud if you want it there. Your originals come back too.
Shoeboxes and Tapes Too
Prints, slides and old video get scanned in the same building and filed right into your library.

Questions People Ask
What counts as a source?
One phone, one computer, one external hard drive, or one cloud account like Google Photos, iCloud, Dropbox or Shutterfly. A set of up to 5 CDs, 5 SD cards or 5 thumb drives also counts as one source.
Do my hard drives get shipped anywhere?
No. You drop them off at our counter in Magnolia and you pick them up at the same counter. The work happens here.
What happens to photos with no date on them?
Before anything lands in an Undated folder, we check folder names, file names and phone file patterns for a date. Whatever still has no date goes into one Undated folder, so it never gets mixed in with the rest.
Do you remove duplicates?
Yes. Exact copies are removed. Look-alike photos, like five shots of the same pose, stay unless you ask us to thin those out too.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many photos and sources you have. We give you a pickup date when you drop off.
Do you upload my photos anywhere?
Only to your own Google Photos or iCloud, and only if you ask, with you signing in yourself. We do not send your photos to any outside service. We work on a copy and delete our working copy once you confirm everything is there.
Do I have to sort anything before I bring it in?
No. Bring it as it is. Sorting is the job.
