What We Handle
Whatever your agency or employer asked for, there's a good chance we do it at the counter.
Digital Fingerprinting
Electronic (Live Scan) fingerprinting for background checks, licensing, and employment. Digital only — we do not take ink or paper fingerprint cards at this time.
Digital Photograph Capture
The ID photo some enrollments require, captured on-site as part of your appointment. (This is enrollment capture, not passport photos.)
I-9 Document Verification
In-person I-9 employment-eligibility document review when your employer's process requires an authorized on-site agent.
Scheduled Online, Finished at Our Counter
Most background-check fingerprinting is booked through an enrollment provider first. The whole path looks like this.
Get Your Service Info
Your employer, agency, or licensing board gives you a service code or a link (often Fieldprint) to schedule your fingerprinting.
Book an Appointment
Schedule online and pick The Shipping Place in Magnolia as your location. You'll get a confirmation to bring with you.
Come In With Your ID
Arrive at your appointment time with your confirmation and a valid, unexpired photo ID. We'll take it from there.
We Capture & Submit
We take your prints (and photo or I-9 review if required) and submit them electronically. In most cases you're done in minutes.
Appointments are booked through Fieldprint, not through us, so start at fieldprint.com and pick The Shipping Place as your location. We take digital prints only, so if your agency has sent you an ink card, we are not the stop for that one.
Show Up With These Four Things
Your appointment confirmation
Booked through Fieldprint. Bring the confirmation number or email.
Valid, unexpired photo ID
A government-issued photo ID. Some enrollments require two forms of ID — check your confirmation.
Any paperwork your agency sent
Service codes or authorization forms from your agency.
Nothing to pay us
Your fingerprinting fee is paid to Fieldprint when you book. We don't take payment for it at the counter.
Need to Get Fingerprinted?
Book it with Fieldprint, pick The Shipping Place as your location, and turn up with your confirmation and a valid photo ID. That is the whole process.
