Pay, then get it ready
Once it's paid, we book it. The shipment gets packed for the truck at your place, by you or by the driver at pickup. Freight docks are rough, so good packing matters.
Picked up and tracked
The carrier picks it up at your door and we send you the tracking as soon as the carrier assigns it.

Quotes are estimates until the carrier measures
Any price we give at the counter is an estimate. The final cost is set by the carrier on the actual weight, dimensions, and destination, and it appears on the Bill of Lading or carrier invoice. We'll always give you our best honest number up front.
Freight is non-refundable once booked
We pay the carrier up front, so once a shipment is booked the freight cost can't be refunded. Change your mind before we book it and nothing is lost. We tell you this before you pay.
Residential delivery costs a little more
Delivering to a home instead of a business dock usually adds a residential fee and a liftgate charge, because there's no dock or forklift on the other end. Tell us it's residential when you get the quote so the number is right.

Having a Pallet Delivered Here?
We can take delivery of freight for you when nobody's around to meet the truck. Pallets stay outside, behind the store, until you pick them up. Call ahead first so we know it's coming and can make sure there's room.

- Delivery times, appointments and liftgate service are set by the freight carrier, not by us.
- We check what we can see when it arrives and write any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Damage claims go through the shipper and the carrier.

Parcel (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) is for boxes up to about 150 lbs. Freight is for anything heavier, palletized, or oversized. It rides a truck on a pallet instead of a conveyor. If your item is too big or too heavy for a normal box, it's a freight shipment.
